Temporary Entrance 

IMPORTANT PATIENT       NOTICE

NEW ACCESS AND PARKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR LAKESIDE, LAKESIDE PLUS AND BOOTS PHARMACY

As of 5th December 2011 a new car park will be open at the side of the Lakeside Building with access to all facilities.  This will be clearly signed.

There will be disabled spaces close to the new temporary entrance.  This will be the only entrance to the premisis until the Urgent Care Centre is open in Autumn 2012. 

Out of Hours
The Out of Hours service is for patients needing urgent medical help when their doctor’s surgery is not open (Out of Hours).  Northamptonshire PCT is responsible for running this service.  Either phone Out of Hours direct on 03336 664 664 OR phone the surgery on 01536 748200

Home Visits for Registered Patients
Our doctors typically see four patients in surgery in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible.  However, we can visit you at home if your condition means you cannot attend the practice. Please ring before 10am to arrange a visit and let us know if your condition is urgent.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.
